DGS vanta oltre 500 clienti, la maggior parte dei quali di classe Enterprise, attivi nei principali segmenti di mercato: Pubblica Amministrazione, Banche e Assicurazioni, Industria, Energia e Utility, Trasporti e Telecomunicazioni. Per il nostro Centro di Competenza Microsoft, siamo alla ricerca di un AI Architect da inserire nel team dedicato all’innovazione e allo sviluppo di soluzioni avanzate basate sull’Intelligenza Artificiale, con un focus particolare sulla progettazione di soluzioni ad alto valore aggiunto. Progetterai architetture AI scalabili e integrate in ambienti Enterprise, sfruttando gli strumenti e le piattaforme dell’ecosistema Microsoft (Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, etc.) • Lavorerai su soluzioni avanzate come sistemi multi-agente, Graph RAG, modelli linguistici generativi (LLM) e applicazioni AI cloud-native • Tradurrai esigenze di business complesse in soluzioni tecniche concrete e innovative, in stretta collaborazione con i team di progetto • Collaborerai con Project Manager e stakeholder per garantire la qualità, i tempi e il budget dei progetti • Assicurerai l’aderenza agli standard di sicurezza, compliance e data governance • Sarai un punto di riferimento per il team, supportando colleghi più junior e promuovendo le best practice. Approfondita conoscenza dell’ecosistema Microsoft Azure, in particolare: # Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Data Lake, Event Hub, Service Bus • Conoscenza di MLOps, orchestrazione e monitoraggio di modelli in produzione • Conoscenza di Python, SQL, PySpark o altri strumenti del mondo data/AI • Solida esperienza nelle attività di vendita e prevendita, con una comprovata propensione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali. • Capacità strategica nel coordinamento dei team, nella collaborazione cross-funzionale e nella gestione delle relazioni con i clienti. • Comunicazione con gli stakeholder: capacità di trasformare i dati in insight fruibili, interagendo con interlocutori eterogenei, sia tecnici che non tecnici. • Attitudine a lavorare in team trasversali, cooperando con professionisti di diverse aree per sviluppare soluzioni data-driven.
