Our mission is to create fit‑for‑purpose solutions that enable healthcare customers to use Machine Learning and Generative AI to achieve better outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead product definition by owning the customer‑working‑backwards strategy, long‑term goals, and working‑backwards documents (press release, FAQ), including customer and market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics.Define product vision, roadmap, investment, innovation, and experimentation plans.Execute product planning and development, ensuring alignment between business requirements, product release goals, and implementation.Lead product launch by owning the GTM plan, operational launch plans, and ensuring customer and business goals are met.Lead operations by monitoring customer feedback, driving continuous improvement, and fostering business growth.Collaborate with the technical team to make trade‑offs based on customer requirements and oversee QA/testing.Track revenue and adoption daily, and write weekly and monthly business reports for leadership.Work backwards from customers to develop service roadmaps and coordinate with engineering and scientists to execute them.Create and revise GTM strategy, pricing new features, and collaborate with finance to update pricing for existing features.Partner with field and BD teams to build customer funnels and drive POC‑pilot‑production pipelines.Report revenue and customer traction through weekly and monthly business reports shared with leadership.A Day in the LifeInclusive Team Culture: We embrace diversity through employee‑led affinity groups, innovative benefit offerings, and ongoing learning experiences. Pay is based on market location and may vary with job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
