We are looking for a Clinical Technical and Sales Specialist - Cochlear Implants & Acoustics to support implanting clinics, rehabilitation centers, and service partners across Northwest Italy. Your Role at Cochlear As a Clinical Technical and Sales Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for hospitals, clinics, and professionals, ensuring optimal use of Cochlear products while driving business growth. Your Responsibilities: Sales & Business DevelopmentGrow the Cochlear Implants and Bone Conduction business in the region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with ENT surgeons, audiologists, and hospital decision‑makers. Identify new opportunities while strengthening ties with existing customers. Support marketing initiatives, congresses, and local awareness events. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Participate in national and international events to promote Cochlear solutions.Technical & Clinical SupportProvide pre‑, intra‑, and post‑surgical technical support in hospitals and clinics. Train healthcare professionals on Cochlear implants and acoustics technology. Assist with complex case mappings, integrity tests, and troubleshooting. Advise clinics on documentation, best practices, and clinical studies. Support customers in organizing local workshops and training sessions.Customer &
