We give them complete freedom to make their own choices, each of our products can be personalised, giving users extraordinary freedom to customise their order, but at the same time are always on hand throughout the order process in case any issues or questions arise.PosizioneAs a Software Engineer in Pixartprinting’s Technology team, you will be a member of a mission critical team that develops software manufacturing solutions.This involves developing and maintaining the software that allows producing millions of affordable, highly customized physical products for businesses and consumers, supporting the processes from order reception till the product is successfully delivered to the customer’s door.Qualified candidates will have a tleast 3 years of experience designing, developing and delivering in a fast-paced environment.They will have good, practically applied design skills, a strong problem solving attitude and the ability to learn by doing while cooperating with teammates and stakeholders.This is a great opportunity for innovative, entrepreneurial-minded individuals looking to make a large impact in a challenging, highly creative and ever-evolving culture.RequisitiAt least three years of relevant software development experience, preferably but not necessarily in the manufacturing or logistic spaceTrack record of delivering applications and services in a fast-paced, multi-team environmentProven ability to work cross-team, capable of interactions with wide-ranging business partners across the company (marketing, pre-press, manufacturing)Strong problem solving skills, data structures and algorithms, proactive attitudeTech SkillsFluency in Object Oriented Programming developing on languages such as Go, PHP, Javascript.Familiarity with distributed enterprise systems, structured engineering, design patterns, and principles of software architectureFamiliarity with cloud service infrastructure and platforms, preferably on AWS ecosystem.Hands-on development experience with databases either SQL-based RDBMS or NoSQLExperience with versioning, continuous build and integration using Git and Jenkins, or similarFamiliarity with automated test development (integration / unit) and toolsFamiliarity with software development for the web (React, Rest, CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, AJAX, JSON)Soft SkillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsStrong capacity for logical thinking, with the ability to understand the inter-relationships among complex applications and systems.Should be a creative problem/puzzle solver with a business development mindset & out of the box thinkingGood judgment and ability to manage problems outside of one’s area of expertiseIt will be extremely helpful:Experience working on a micro-services architectureExperience with front-end frameworks, ideally ReactFluency in English, including verbal and written communication skillsAltre informazioniWhy should you apply?Well, here are at least 10 great reasons:We are a Great Place to Work® certified company, an inclusive environment where talent and results are rewarded above all.
