Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.Your RoleWe are seeking a motivated Digital Continuous Improvement (D‑CI) analyst to join the Business Process Innovation (BPI) team. Our mission is to act as an enabler for CI teams and Subject Matter Experts supporting them with digital tools and data analytics to make quick data-driven decisions, identifying and solving problems before they become critical.The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of digital transformation and process improvement initiatives across manufacturing and business operations, working on initiatives involving value stream mapping, IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) implementation, Statistical Process Control (SPC), data-driven efficiency improvements and LPA (Layered Process Audit) digitalization.Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business needs expressed by factories or business functionsIdentify optimization opportunities and explore emerging technologies to enhance performance and efficiencySupport IIoT integration projects and digitalization initiatives for process improvementPerform data analysis and visualization (SQL, R/Python, Power BI)Collaborate with Continuous Improvement and Operations teams to deliver actionable insightsMain Requirements3‑5 years of experience in data analytics, digital operations, IIoT projects or process improvement within an industrial/manufacturing environmentMaster’s degree in STEM fields (Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of data analytics tools (SQL, R/Python, Power BI)Good adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English (mandatory); French is a plusOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitmentWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
