Offerta La risorsa sarà inserita nel team Finance & Investment e riporterà direttamente al Finance & Investment Manager. Il ruolo prevede un forte coinvolgimento nelle attività di analisi finanziaria dei progetti energetici e nella costruzione di modelli avanzati. La persona lavorerà a stretto contatto anche con il CFO, i team tecnici e con stakeholder di alto profilo. Responsabilità principaliAnalisi economico‑finanziaria dei progetti energetici in sviluppo (costi, ricavi, investimenti, ritorni). Costruzione, aggiornamento e ottimizzazione di modelli Excel complessi (cash flow, scenario analysis, sensitività). Verifica interna delle ipotesi tecniche ed economiche fornite dai team di sviluppo (due diligence interna). Preparazione di business case, documenti di sintesi e materiali per decisioni strategiche. Supporto alle attività legate a operazioni straordinarie sui progetti (ingresso partner, strutture di finanziamento, valutazioni preliminari). Collaborazione con team tecnici, legali e data analyst per raccogliere dati, validare assunzioni e sviluppare analisi integrate. Produzione di presentazioni chiare e strutturate per il top management.Competenze ed esperienza RequisitiLaurea in Economia, Finanza, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline quantitative affini. 2-3 anni di esperienza maturati in uno dei seguenti contesti: M&A (boutique o advisory), Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Financial Analysis / Business Planning. La provenienza da aziende energy o infrastrutture rappresenterà un plus. Consulenza strategica con forte componente numerica.Ottime competenze di modellistica finanziaria e Excel avanzato (previsto test tecnico durante il processo). Solida capacità di analisi di bilancio, costruzione di cash flow e valutazioni. Ottima capacità di sintesi, ragionamento per scenari e gestione di dati complessi. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (tutti i documenti di lavoro sono in inglese e molti stakeholder/investitori sono internazionali). Curiosità, proattività, capacità di "sporcarsi le mani" e di lavorare in un contesto veloce e dinamico.
