Collaborate with Visual Merchandising team to create and design the optimal store / categories / brands layout (in terms of shopper flows within the store categories and brand space allocation visibility in store) with the final objective of maximizing sales via developing a stimulating shopping experience in store.Store Layout planning / Store remodeling and new openingsDefinition and implementation of the optimal store layout according to the HQ strategiesStore lay-out construction and development with AutoCAD systemProcessing and defining merchandising corner plans / tools (expositions tools)Visual / Bandeaux / Supply managementParticipating to the in-store fitting / new stores setting upCategories / Brands space allocationDefinition and implementation of the optimal category / brand space allocation (skin care make up perfume) according to company guidelines and to the market dynamics requirementsIntroduction of new Brands / Category segments and their space definition / visibility toolsSpecial project management (seasonal category project)Merchandising Project managementbe the owner of the merchandising projects assigned be internal point of contact across different functions involved to make sure delivery and implementation deadlines are respected.Organize merchandising update for Sephora Collection brand.manage the relationship with all the merchandising materials suppliers ensuring to get the right prices / quality / lead times.
