You will report to the Head of Accounting and you will be part of the Finance team, collaborating closely with all the departments, in particular the back office functions.Your Primary Activities Will BeMake sure that the documents received meet the internal requirements set for each document type.Match the data on documents (invoices, credit notes, etc.), with the purchase terms and conditions specified in the order/order confirmation, incoming goods or rendered services.Manage communication with suppliers and internal bodies when necessary.Contribute to the correct keeping of suppliers' accounting records.Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.Coordinate with external consultants to ensure the timely provision of data required for the preparation of local tax compliance reports.RequirementsAccounting diploma or degree in EconomicsExcellent command in Italian and EnglishGood knowledge of SpanishExcellent interpersonal and communications skills;Good knowledge of Excel;Good knowledge of VAT regulations appreciatedKnowledge of SAP B-One appreciatedLocationHybrid remote and Offices Milan.What We OfferPermanent full-time contractAnnual gross salary of approx. €30,000, complemented by a welfare bonus & benefits packageA flexible and innovative approach to remote working that adapts to your needs (see: and people‑centered work environment — we invest in your growth and well‑beingProfessional experience in an international setting, with a young and multicultural team (31+ nationalities)Cross‑functional collaboration to strengthen communication and teamwork skillsThis announcement is addressed to both sexes, in accordance with Law 903/77 and Legislative Decree 198/2006, and to people of all ages and nationalities, in accordance with Legislative Decrees 215/03 and 216/03#J-18808-Ljbffr
