Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long‑term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs Team Leader you will act as a client‑facing practitioner, working collaboratively with clients to deliver high‑quality SAP PP solutions and serving as a trusted advisor with a strong understanding of SAP PP methodologies, best practices, and related work products. You will lead projects that support clients in optimizing procurement, inventory management, logistics, and material planning to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen supply‑chain performance. This role offers opportunities to expand your skills, collaborate across disciplines, tackle new challenges, and gain a comprehensive understanding of various industries.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate a team of SAP PP consultants across multiple projects and initiatives.Manage end‑to‑end delivery of SAP PP solutions, from requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, and go‑live support.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process needs and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.Oversee system integrations with related modules (MM, QM, PM, SD, FI/CO).Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables, meeting project timelines and objectives.Provide mentoring, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.Support project managers in defining priorities, risks, and resource allocations.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.Preferred EducationBachelor's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseMinimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PP configuration and implementation.Proven experience in leading or coordinating teams in SAP environments.Strong knowledge of production planning and control processes (MRP, BOM, routing, capacity planning).Experience with SAP integration across modules (MM, QM, PM, SD, FI/CO).Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its PP functionalities.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceExperience in international project delivery or rollout environments.Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and shop floor integration.Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.Italian language proficiency.Previous experience in mentoring junior consultants or acting as a functional lead in complex SAP programs.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
