Unigrà, azienda agroalimentare, leader nella produzione di ingredienti per il settore food, è alla ricerca di una figura di Electrical Project Engineer per potenziamento area tecnica.IntroduzionePer il rafforzamento del nostro ufficio tecnico ricerchiamo un candidato da inserire in qualità di Electrical Project Engineer, il quale si relazionerà attivamente con le altre funzioni aziendali (Direzione Tecnica, Direzione di stabilimento, Direzione di produzione, Direzione di reparto e Aree di Staff). Il candidato, riportando gerarchicamente al Direttore Tecnico, si occuperà dello sviluppo di progetti di nuovi investimenti e/o revamping di impianto.Il candidato deve aver maturato esperienza in ambito Gestione Progetti, ha buona volontà e grande interesse nell'inserirsi in una società strutturata.Responsabilità ed Attività PrincipaliIl ruolo, a seguito di un solido affiancamento mirato ad acquisire le competenze tecniche specifiche sugli impianti e processi, prevede le seguenti attività:- Gestione del Ciclo di Vita del Progetto dall'avvio alla pianificazione, esecuzione, controllo e chiusura (in toto della commessa).- Coordinamento di committenti, maestranze esterne e team multidisciplinari interni.- Analisi dei dati iniziali del progetto con la Direzione e i diversi dipartimenti interni (Controllo di Gestione, HR, R&D, Acquisti, Marketing, ecc.).- Definizione del progetto nelle sue componenti tecniche e autorizzative (governative e di certificazioni).- Gestione dei costi di commessa, inclusa la valutazione dei rischi e delle risorse materiali e immateriali.- Controllo Avanzamento Lavori.- Direzione Lavori (Parte Elettrica): Seguire la Direzione Lavori per la parte elettrica durante le fasi di installazione e cantiere, assicurandone la corretta esecuzione delle opere elettriche.- Redigere la documentazione tecnica e le reportistiche di progetto.- Assicurare il corretto collaudo e l'avviamento degli impianti.Qualifiche e Competenze RichiesteAl fine di candidarsi per la presente posizione, è essenziale avere:- Laurea Magistrale in ingegneria Elettrica o Elettronica - Esperienza pregressa e tracciabile in ruolo specifico ed equivalente (minimo 2÷5 anni); - Buona conoscenza dei sistemi di PROCESS INSTRUMENT (P&I), PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAM (PFD) - Conoscenza di software per la progettazione elettrica e ottima lettura del disegno tecnico - Propensione per analisi dati - Gestione di progetti e gestione della manutenzione (campo / cantiere) - Sviluppo nuovi progetti (ufficio) - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese - Disponibilità a trasferte brevi - Condizioni Contrattuali: Contratto a tempo indeterminato con flessibilità oraria (ingresso/uscita) e accesso a Ristorante Aziendale.
