Your missions?

• Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise applications to support business processes and operational requirements
• Customize application settings, workflows, security roles, and permissions to align with business needs and best practices
• Support application upgrades, releases, patches, and new feature deployments
• Maintain application configuration documentation, system specifications, and support procedures
• Provide advanced technical support for business-critical applications, including Level III post-implementation support
• Diagnose, investigate, and resolve issues to minimize business disruption
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem-resolution activities in accordance with service level agreements
• Monitor application performance, availability, and system health to identify issues

✍️ Your profile?

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in application support, administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms) and system administration
• Knowledge of English at C1 level; Italian at B2 level .
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Previous experience with data management, APIs, or application testing.
• Avability to go to the office once at week.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Gross Annual Salary (Range: EUR 27,000 – EUR 50,000)
• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio)
• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria
• During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary
