The company is dedicated to innovation and growth, offering opportunities for professional development in a dynamic international environment.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for an Export & Business Assistant, based in the Greater Rome Metropolitan Area. The role includes a combination of in-office and remote work. The individual will support export operations and business activities, maintain communication with clients and partners, assist with administrative tasks, coordinate shipments, and handle documentation processes. The position involves ensuring a smooth workflow and timely delivery of high-quality services.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport export team with day-to-day coordination and follow-upsAssist in communicating with clients, suppliers, and partnersPrepare and organize documents, records, and reportsTrack tasks, deadlines, and communication activitiesSupport commercial activities and internal coordinationHelp improve organization systems and workflowsRequirementsMust-HaveBased in Rome (or able to commute regularly)Spanish speaker (required)Strong communication skillsStrong “community mindset” (relationship-building, networking, social confidence)PreferredEnglish (good level)Any additional language is a plusBasic skills in Google Workspace / ExcelExperienceExperience is NOT requiredTraining will be providedWe care more about attitude, communication, and reliability.What We OfferLong-term growth opportunity in an export companyContinuous learning in international trade & export operationsFuture expansion possibilities based on performanceHow to ApplyPlease send your CV to: Email subject: Export & Business Assistant – Rome
