Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut by delivering scalable, data‑driven solutions.We’re looking for a Junior Data Scientist to help shape the future of financial services alongside experienced professionals in Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering on projects that drive company growth. If you’re excited about shaping what’s next in finance, we’d love to hear from you.What you’ll be doingImproving existing algorithmsBuilding new PoCsDelivering data‑driven solutions to enhance product performanceResearching and developing PoCs into scalable data productsCollaborating with product owners, engineers, and data scientists to solve complex data problemsWhat you'll needExperience building and leading a data science team within a scaling organisationBachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in STEM (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering)Solid knowledge of data science tools, including Python, SQL, and production frameworksDemonstrated knowledge of probability and statistics fundamentalsThe ability to think strategically and diagnose problems accuratelyExperience productionising research into scalable solutionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with Product Owners and senior stakeholdersNice to haveExperience with additional programming languages such as Java, Scala, or C++Experience working in anti‑fraud functionsExperience working at a large‑scale global tech companyParticipation in Olympiad competitions in Physics, Mathematics, Economics, or Programming at school or university levelCompensation rangeOther locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
