As a Project & Property Intern at Cohabs , you will support the technical and operational management of our properties in Milan.

This is a hands-on role combining maintenance, supplier coordination, cost monitoring and on-site problem solving .

What you will do:

Carry out regular site visits and identify maintenance or technical issues.
Coordinate suppliers, technicians and general contractors, monitoring quality, timing and costs.
Review quotations, purchase orders and invoices.
Track maintenance expenses and support reporting on operating costs and NOI .
Verify that completed works match the agreed scope and cost.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot technical issues and identify practical, cost-effective solutions.
When appropriate and safe, directly handle small repairs, adjustments or replacements .
Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to reduce future maintenance costs.
Keep accurate records of interventions, costs and technical issues.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a technical and practical mindset .

You may have a background in:

A university degree is not mandatory if you have relevant technical knowledge or practical experience.
