Ricerchiamo una persona da inserire nel ruolo di Product Manager per la sede di Milano o Roma,in ambito Enterprise Business Development & Marketing, Competence Development Area, con esperienza (idealmente 5-7 anni) nella definizione di servizi Cloud per clienti Business. Il ruolo prevede la gestione e lo sviluppo del portafoglio di offerte TIM Cloud — in particolare delle soluzioni Private e Public Cloud — coordinando team interfunzionali e seguendo l’evoluzione tecnologica per abilitare nuove opportunità di business, garantendo al tempo stesso la redditività e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi. Di cosa ti occuperai : Valutare gli impatti economici, tecnici e commerciali del lancio di nuovi prodotti e servizi. Definire requisiti, design e pricing delle soluzioni Cloud, in base ad analisi di mercato e redditività. Collaborare ai piani di comunicazione, promozione e sviluppo delle offerte. Monitorare performance e risultati lungo il ciclo di vita dei servizi, individuando opportunità di miglioramento. Gestire lo sviluppo end-to-end dell’offerta e coordinare i team coinvolti nel deployment. Supportare le vendite con analisi e insight sui trend di mercato. Promuovere iniziative e partnership con brand leader ed enti di settore. Definire roadmap, rilasci e priorità di sviluppo insieme a ingegneri Cloud, venditori e clienti, sulla base di criteri economici e di fattibilità tecnica. In particolare, tale attività dovrà essere svolta con riferimento al processo di integrazione delle competenze funzionali al percorso di trasformazione aziendale in atto. Le competenze richieste : Conoscenza dei modelli di business dei principali player del Cloud, sia Public che Private (Hyperscaler come Google, Microsoft, ecc. e Service Provider locali). Conoscenza dei modelli tecnici dei servizi Public Cloud e del panorama Private e Hybrid Cloud (VMware, Red Hat, Nutanix, Suse, ecc.). Familiarità con il software Open Source e il suo utilizzo in ambienti Cloud. Capacità di analisi di mercato e di posizionamento nel settore IT. Competenze economiche per la valutazione della redditività e del valore delle offerte. Conoscenza delle tecniche di ingegnerizzazione, delivery e pricing dei servizi. Esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi e interfunzionali, con metodologie di project management. I titoli preferenziali : Certificazioni tecniche. Esperienza come Product Manager in team cross-funzionali di aziende medio-grandi. Esperienza nell’analisi e progettazione di sistemi o prodotti complessi. Esperienza in ambienti IT che utilizzano software Open Source. Cosa offriamo?
