Job Overview Holland Roofing is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our Corporate team supporting locations throughout the US, while keeping your commute local. This is an ON‑SITE position. The role reports to the Controller. We offer medical, dental, vision, holiday, vacation and 401(k) retirement benefits, and a great place to learn and grow in a booming industry.Job Duties Cash Management – Daily Deposits.ACH Payments – Prepare import files for ACH payments. Maintain and organize invoices to be processed. Scan completed payments for the team.ACH Verification – Confirm ACH Enrollment information provided by customers and communicate with support office.Accounts Payable – Print and review Accounts Payable checks daily. Review all monthly vendor statements.Review and process weekly transfers.Front Desk Skills – Provide support to the front desk receptionist as needed. This position is also a backup for the receptionist answering the phone and additional duties.Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality when working with sensitive information.Requirements Able to handle confidential information professionallyExcellent time management and meeting required deadlinesExperience in similar positionsExcellent attention to detailWorks well under pressureExcellent attendanceStrong communication skills and customer service skillsTeam playerAbility to multitaskOrganizational skillsetIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with the accounting system SAGE is a plusMust enjoy challengesUnderstanding of how A/P interacts with General Ledger, a plusUnderstanding of multi‑state sales tax, a plusBasic understanding of P&L and accounting, a plusAccessibility: If you need an accommodation as part of the employment process please contact Human Resources at Phone: .Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.#J-18808-Ljbffr
