We are looking for a curious, intellectual and passionate SENIOR UX/UI DESIGNER with at least 5 years of direct experience in the automotive industry to join our growing team Type: Full-Time About Us Changan Automobile, one of China's leading automotive brands, is expanding its portfolio with innovative products like the Deepal S05 and S09, Nevo Q07. At the Changan European Design Centre, our international team of specialists works across diverse creative fields, including Automotive Design, Strategy, UX/UI, CMF, and more. The UX/UI TeamResearch our customers, market and tech trends Work on digital and physical design solutions (Car concepts, features, new interactions and HMI Systems) that innovate and inspire other design teams and engineering teams Co-create cross-functionally with internal design teams to create holistic automotive experiences Design and prototype rapidly in a multi-disciplinary teamSenior Automotive UX/UI Designer RoleWork closely with the team manager and the wider European design team to create captivating and unique experiences for our range of new brands and mobility Present design solutions in interesting and immersive visual ways to engage and influence stakeholders Collaborate with and mentor a growing dynamic teamWho we are looking for5+ years of direct experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record applying user-driven or design thinking methodologies to real-world projects. Passionate about a variety of topics, including technology, new interactions, automotive and industrial design, architecture, the arts, and more. An effective and persuasive communicator in English, with strong skills in writing, editing, and visual presentation. (Knowledge of Chinese or Italian is a plus.) Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to change in a dynamic, fast-moving organization. A proactive self-starter with strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines. Open-minded and respectful of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
