It provides the full product offer to 1 million SME, Corporate, Multinational Corporate, Financial Institution and Public Sector clients as well as to 14 million Retail, Private Banking, Wealth Management and Family Office clients across the Group.What you'll be doing In this context, Group Investment Product Solutions (within CS) is mandated to support the Company in designing new solutions and providing investment content for Bancassurance products, leveraging internal Asset Management expertise and identifying/selecting the investable universe available for insurance wrappers.Starting in 2024, as part of the UniCredit Unlocked strategic plan, GIPS contributed to the design and launch of the first internal insurance funds managed by the Investments Italy Division, with the aim of maximizing vertical integration of the value chain and utilizing internal capabilities to offer clients the best solutions.The internalization process continued in 2025 with the launch of additional internal funds and the first 100% UniCredit product dedicated to Private and Wealth clients, in which all internal funds are managed by the Investments Italy Division. This process will continue in the future with the goal of creating value for both clients and the Group.What you'll need to succeed Qualifications & SkillsAs part of UCG Asset Management's strategy and in light of the internalization of the insurance business, we are seeking professionals with 5-10 years of experience in the financial sector (insurance, asset management companies, investment banking).The candidate(s) will join a team whose mandate is to provide investment content to the internal insurance company for dedicated products—IBIPs, segregated accounts (Ramo I)—through systematic interaction and coverage of the insurance company's product department.The key skills required are product knowledge, understanding of applicable regulations, implementation of product infrastructure, and distribution drivers.The candidate must demonstrate openness, flexibility, and solution-oriented thinking, capable of contributing to the design, structuring, and implementation of content to be integrated into insurance wrappers, while also interacting with and leveraging other areas of expertise within the Group.The candidate, fluent in Italian and English shall demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Previous experience in portfolio management and asset/product structuring will be considered a plus.What you'll get in return Why Join Us?Be part of a strategic transformation in UniCredit’s insurance and investment business.Work on innovative projects combining products , data, technology, and finance .Collaborate with top professionals in Asset Management and Bancassurance.About UniCredit Group UniCredit is a pan-European Commercial
