Everyone contributes.What makes up your dayIn this role, you will :Support in updating and monitoring planned maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical, special system, etc.)Communicate regularly about the progress of repairs and planned activitiesEnsure follow-up and updates of activities in the filing systemCollaborate in tracking costs for the periodical reportingKeep contact with the stores and internal stakeholders for all type of maintenance and improvement operationsSupport tracking maintenance requests, ensuring that works are carried out effectively and in a timely manner.Participate in regular checks to ensure maintenance activities are conducted in line with defined standards and contractual agreements, monitoring vendor KPIs.What makes you, makes our teamTime and process management abilitiesKnowledge of CADExcellent knowledge of the Office Package, in particular ExcelHigh flexibility and reactivityPrevious 6-month experience (at least) in the roleTechnical expertise on plant and retail environment is a plusUniversity Degree (Architecture / Engineering)Fluent English and Italian, French or German is a plusAvailability to attend business tripsWhat makes you, makes our legacyErmenegildo Zegna Group is founded on a proud history of craftsmanship and quality dating back to 1910, with a vision to ethically create the world’s finest textiles.
