Direct hire Infrastructure Security Administrator needed to strengthen and protect our client's core IT environment in the Lancaster area (hybrid). This role is ideal for someone with a strong networking or infrastructure background who has taken on security responsibilities and wants to grow deeper in that space. Around 115k with excellent benefits.This is a hands‑on, technical role focused on real‑world security, not just monitoring alerts.ResponsibilitiesSecure and maintain firewalls, endpoints, servers, and network infrastructureRespond to security incidents from detection through resolutionManage EDR/XDR, endpoint protection, and intrusion prevention toolsConfigure and troubleshoot switches, routers, and VPNs using the command lineSupport backups, patching, disaster recovery, and system hardeningAssist with hardware, wireless, and infrastructure refresh projectsCreate and enforce security standards and documentationHelp train technical staff on security best practicesRequired ExperienceStrong networking foundation with hands‑on CLI experienceExperience securing firewalls and network infrastructure (VPN, VLANs, ACLs)Experience with endpoint protection, EDR/XDR, or NGAV platformsExperience with incident response and disaster recoverySolid experience with Microsoft servers, Active Directory/Entra, and Microsoft 365Experience working with virtualized environments (VMware or similar)PreferredSecurity platform or SIEM experienceEmail security experienceScripting or automation experienceApply now for immediate considerationNot ready to apply yet?
