We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager – Service. The ideal candidate is a sales professional with experience in sales, preferably within rental companies, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and B2B environments, as well as proven experience in selling services. This position will report directly to the Business Line Manager. Key Responsibilities Achieve service revenue targets in Italy and increase the penetration of service products. Maintain proactive communication with customers to identify after-sales service needs. Propose appropriate service solutions, both from a technical and commercial perspective. Collaborate closely with the technical support team to deliver a committed, efficient, and high-quality service. Work jointly with the capital equipment sales team to drive proactive service business and improve customer satisfaction. Manage customer incidents and coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure agile and effective solutions. Consistently record all commercial activities in the CRM, ensuring accurate market information and an up-to-date database. Meet sales objectives by developing action plans to identify prospects, targets, and new markets. Follow up on leads generated through different channels. Availability to travel more than 50% of the time. Candidate Profile Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. More than 2 years of sales experience within a high-level industrial company (experience in rental companies will be a plus). Strong technical knowledge. Experience in sales management and territory management. Excellent planning, reporting, and organizational skills. Good level of English. Strong command of digital tools.
