We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Italy.The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent across technical and corporate roles. This role requires proactive sourcing, strong candidate engagement, and collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment with business priorities. You will manage applicant tracking systems, track recruitment metrics, and continuously optimize hiring processes.
