We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Italy.The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent across technical and corporate roles. This role requires proactive sourcing, strong candidate engagement, and collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment with business priorities. You will manage applicant tracking systems, track recruitment metrics, and continuously optimize hiring processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, delivering a seamless candidate experience while supporting onboarding and employer branding initiatives. This role provides the opportunity to influence talent strategy while contributing directly to the company’s growth and culture.AccountabilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment, from role intake through onboardingProactively source, engage, and build pipelines for candidates in cybersecurity, IT, compliance, and corporate functionsPartner with hiring managers to align on job requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate fitEnsure a positive candidate experience, representing the organization at career events and in outreach communicationsManage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS updates for complianceTrack recruitment metrics and provide insights to HR leadership for data-driven decisionsIdentify and implement process improvements to streamline and enhance recruitment efficiencyRequirements2–4 years of recruiting or HR experience with proven success managing end-to-end recruitmentAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholdersExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with Google Workspace; experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter preferredProactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environmentDemonstrated ability to adapt quickly, embrace feedback, and continuously improve processesBenefitsFully remote, flexible work environmentUnlimited flexible vacation policyPaid parental leaveRetirement plan with employer match (401(k) or local equivalent)Health, dental, and vision insurance (location-dependent)Professional development and certification reimbursementOpportunities to participate in virtual team-building and learning programsWhy Apply Through Jobgether?We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
