HR Business Partner (HRBP) Western Europe and EEMEA Subs Join to apply for the HR Business Partner (HRBP) Western Europe and EEMEA Subs role at CAREL Main ResponsibilitiesSupports local managers in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes – from defining the profiles to be hired and identifying recruitment channels to actively participating in candidate sourcing. Assists local managers in developing skills and training plans to attract and retain talent. Supports local managers in the implementation and monitoring of MBO incentive plans and in managing compensation processes. Collaborates on and implements Group-wide projects, promoting the integration and dissemination of Group Culture across different entities. Assists in preparing specific local reports.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in a similar role within structured multinational companies. Strong influencing and listening skills. Data analysis capabilities. Fluent English.
