Per azienda cliente che opera nel settore prodotti per Hotellerie, stiamo ricercando una figura di Product Manager. Requisiti: Esperienza nel ruolo preferibilmente nel settore cosmetica, moda o prodotti per il corpo; Conoscenza del ciclo di vita del prodotto; Conoscenza di tecnologie e sviluppo: Avere una comprensione di base delle tecnologie utilizzate per sviluppare il prodotto, come linguaggi di programmazione, architetture software o API (anche se non è necessario essere sviluppatori); UX/UI: Competenze nella comprensione e gestione dell'esperienza utente (UX) e dell'interfaccia utente (UI), con una sensibilità verso il design; Flessibilità per possibili trasferte future internazionali presso clienti; Capacità di pianificazione; Visione strategica. Mansioni: Opererà a stretto contatto con l'ufficio acquisti, ufficio design e Ricerca e Sviluppo nella creazione e sviluppo di un progetto per i clienti; Analizzare tutte le fasi, dalla concezione all'ideazione, sviluppo, lancio e ottimizzazione continua; Priorizzare le attività e gestire il flusso di lavoro in modo efficiente, decidendo su cosa concentrarsi in base alle necessità del mercato e degli utenti; Analisi dei dati: Utilizzare dati quantitativi e qualitativi per prendere decisioni informate. Conoscenza di strumenti di analisi come Google Analytics, Mixpanel, o strumenti di A/B testing. Soft-skills: Leadership; Gestione del team; Comunicazione efficace; Problem solving. Full time, dal lunedì al venerdì, a giornata. Si offre: Assunzione diretta da parte dell'azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato; Retribuzione commisurata sulla base dell'esperienza e delle competenze del candidato.
