Medicasa Italia S.p.A., established in 1993, is the Group Company specialised in the design and delivery of Home Assistance Services - ADI. Thanks to its widespread network it is active throughout Italy through 15 Operations Centres and over 1,500 collaborators. The company's mission is "to take care and treat patients at home with expertise, ethics and devotion", developing services increasingly closer to the patient's needs. We are looking for a Business Developer in Rome, whose strategic goal is to develop the company's network, interfacing with the public and private health sector to promote Integrated Home Care services (ADI). The ideal candidate has a solid clinical/health background and wants to develop their professional career in a dynamic, results‑oriented role focused on relationship management in the health arena. Responsibilities Promote ADI services among ASL districts, hospital departments, general practitioners (MMG) and specialists in the assigned territory. Manage and coordinate training activities for territorial and hospital operational units to familiarize them with the quality standards of the offered services. Provide support and technical/informational assistance to active and potential clients, ensuring a high service standard. Represent the company and actively participate in scientific events, conferences and congresses at national and local levels. Analyze the market to anticipate new needs and seize expansion opportunities, preparing periodic reports on activities and generated leads. Qualifications Degree in scientific‑health disciplines (Nursing, Physiotherapy or related fields). At least one year of experience as a healthcare operator (preferred). In-depth knowledge of the home care system and health territorial dynamics. Soft Skills Strong results orientation and commercial attitude (sales mindset). Excellent communication and relational skills. Organizational capabilities and autonomy in time management. Mobility: readiness for daily travel within the Rome area. Location: Rome.
