Our client, an international distributor of premium Korean and global skincare brands, is scaling rapidly and seeking Senior-level Beauty Sales Closers / Strategic Sales Consultants to own and grow high-value B2B territories. This role is for proven closers who know how to open doors, build trust with buyers, and convert conversations into revenue. About The Role You will be responsible for opening and closing wholesale accounts with: Premium beauty retailers Department stores Pharmacies and clinics Distributors and buying groups You will own your territory commercially and be expected to drive results with autonomy and accountability. This is a commission-only role with a highly competitive, uncapped structure , designed for senior sales professionals who want upside, flexibility, and long-term growth. Who This Role Is For You are likely a strong fit if you: Have proven B2B sales experience in beauty, skincare, luxury retail, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals Have opened accounts (not just managed them) Are confident pitching to senior buyers and decision-makers Are commercially sharp and outcome-driven Are comfortable operating independently without micromanagement Have a passion for beauty, skincare and exceeding targets Want a role where performance, not politics, drives reward Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. (Korean, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Arabic are particularly valuable.) If you already have contacts and a network in the beauty, skincare and luxury retail sector, this would give you an added advantage. What You'll Be Doing Identifying and pursuing new retail and distribution opportunities Pitching skincare brands confidently and professionally Negotiating wholesale orders and commercial terms Managing follow-ups and closing deals Building long-term buyer relationships Maintaining accurate CRM records Providing market insight and feedback Representing the brands with credibility and polish This is a pure sales and closing role . If you don't enjoy prospecting and closing, this is not the role for you. Compensation & Structure High, uncapped commission per wholesale order Territory ownership aligned to experience, language, or network Full flexibility over working hours and location Formal review at 3–6 months or upon achieving the target sales amount in paid sales, with the potential to move to a base + commission structure Long-term opportunity to grow alongside a scaling international business Application Requirements (Strict) Your application must include : CV Short cover letter answering all questions below Confirmation that you understand this is initially a commission-only role Qualifying Questions (must be answered) What territories have you sold into?
