Fashion & Hard Accessories Developer (Fixed term - 6 months)

OverviewThe successful candidate will join Chloe's Fashion Accessories industrial team and will take care of the product development of the Hard Accessories for Fashion Accessories. To achieve his/her goals, he/she will have to interface with Design, Merchandising, Industrialization and Quality teams.How will you make an impact?You Will Be In Charge OfReceiving and analyzing designs with the Development Manager, suggesting adjustments or prototyping methods;Leading material research/orders and consolidating options (prices, quality, lead time,...) for Design team;Following and managing daily development planning with suppliers, alerting on risks all along the creation process;Creating and updating all development data (SAP / PLM / Collection plan and follow up) to be able to share 360 vision of collections: Leading PLM article creation and codification Leading technical files consolidation for Industrialization teamFollowing up budget in collaboration with Development Manager, through Purchase Order creation and communication with Chloe’s ecosystem;Monitoring performance analysis and suggesting continuous improvement actions.How will you experience success with us?3/4 + years of experience in the development of Hard Accessories within Fashion and Luxury Industry;Good knowledge of the network of metal accessory suppliers in Italy;Good command of Excel;Good English Level; French could be a plus;Attitude for managing priorities;Ability to interact effectively with internal and external interlocutors of the company.Your journey with usAfter your application has been selected, our HR team will reach out to you for:Interview with Talent Acquisition TeamInterview with Hiring ManagerInterview with Function Director & HR ManagerOur BenefitsFlexible Entry-timeWelfare PolicyTicket Restaurant#J-18808-Ljbffr
