The AWS Infrastructure Supply Chain & Procurement (ISCaP) organization works to deliver solutions that source, build, and maintain our socially responsible data center supply chains. You will collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. The role requires planning, coordinating, and managing the allocation of infrastructure components across multiple manufacturers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Perform forecasting, demand analysis, and material/inventory management. Understand manufacturing processes to verify supply commitments and reduce cycle times. Work with component suppliers and server manufacturers to analyze, reconcile allocations, and monitor changes or cancellations. Participate in requirements gathering. Collaborate with analytics and software development teams to drive automation and improve the supply chain network. Develop analytical tools, dashboards, and reports to track metrics, monitor SLAs, and provide insights to key stakeholders. Produce written recommendations to shape solution design and inform stakeholders of supply chain health. Forecast generation and demand planning. Allocate AWS material from inventory hubs to suppliers. Review requirements and specifications with Hardware Engineering. Plan ocean, air, and ground transportation. Create and maintain supply heatmaps. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of program, project, or product management experience, or leading product implementation. 6+ years of related industry experience. 8+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent. 8+ years of high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments experience. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies. Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced consumer electronics product company. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies. Experience negotiating with global suppliers and driving cost reduction. Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain, and Tier 1 OEM partners. Experience practicing best‑in‑class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should‑cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, or equivalent). Compensation for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market, with potential equity and sign‑on bonuses.
