As a Deal Strategy Senior Consultant in Rome, you help clients unlock value through M&A analysis, synergy quantification, and post-deal integration. You work closely with lenders, shareholders, and management to define strategy and track value creation levers. The role blends strategic planning, due diligence, and execution support across pre- and post-deal phases. You’ll use digital tools to inform decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Competitive salary range 31,000–41,000 EUR
Responsabilità Support Business & Strategic Planning with C-level executives to quantify improvement actions for investors
Conduct Business & Commercial Due Diligence analyzing market dynamics for potential targets
Identify and review synergies in pre- and post-deal phases and support tracking models
Lead synergy assessment and execution from quantification to implementation and monitoring
Define and drive Day 1 Readiness, D100 Integration plans, and Target Operating Model in Integration & Separation Office
Requisiti fondamentali 2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting or strategy/business development in industry
Master's degree in business subjects; additional post-graduate courses in data science, analytics or digital innovation preferred
Strong interest in pre- and post-M&A activities
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and KPIs
Excellent Italian and English verbal and written communication
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of data analytics tools; Power BI and Qlik preferred
Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad
