The Digital services Marketing Specialist promotes and positions Baker Hughes’ Digital Services effectively in the market, builds brand awareness and drives revenue growth. Their expertise in digital service positioning and messaging supports successful market penetration.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the development and implementation of the marketing plan in line with the business and strategic objectivesWorking closely with the product management team and solution architects - planning and developing demand generation campaign plans and tactics, complete with supporting campaign assetsDeveloping and executing thought leadership and content development plansDeveloping, executing, and supporting sales enablement, in collaboration with product management and commercial teams, through the creation of activation assets (external) and empowerment assets (internal readiness)Conducting competitive analysis and monitoring competitor activity to enrich sales enablement and identify competitive gaps and opportunities to inform the product management teamSupporting market research and go-to-market planning to ensure Baker Hughes’ Gas services digital achieves a strong product-market fit to deliver success and market acceptanceExperience working in a matrix structure and managing agency resourcesExperience in database marketing – nice to haveTo be successful in this roleHave Master’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Marketing)Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in leading commercial or product marketing initiativesHave the expertise or good understanding of the various aspects of marketing, including demand generation, content management, digital marketing, brand marketing, and communicationsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsAbility to influence othersLead initiatives of moderate scope and impactAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneously, effective problem identification and solution skillsProven analytical and organizational abilityWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
