Project Lead for Digital Engineering teamScope: Lead global solution delivery and support adoption, in alignment with digital pillar standards and collaborating with global stakeholders.Support the organization in monitoring projects status and in leading team activities such as team meetings, PDCA, and others.Support organization digital capabilities building via cross‑functional collaborations. Monitor and report on vital Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the Digital Engineering department, with a particular focus on Digital Programs.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide expertise and experience in data analytics and data acquisitionSupport global Digital Transformation initiatives to identify productivity opportunitiesSupport in creating high-quality deliverables (presentations, reports, proposals) aligned with business growth objectives and portfolioDevelop capabilities and promote continuous improvement of culture by leveraging digital optimization initiatives and analytics across all departmentsAdhere to relevant policies, procedures, and standards to achieve quality and compliance with solutions and servicesAlign with the OEM Digital Roadmap and ensure timely readiness of all required enablers, proactively following up on action items with different stakeholdersEffectively manage internal communication, including organizing meetingsMonitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) within the Digital Engineering department, overseeing the Knowledge Management space to ensure efficient knowledge sharing and utilizationJob Requirements (competences, experience and education)Experience in reporting, analytics, and data visualization2 to 3 years of experience in a business-related position.
