We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing team in Milan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a keen interest in the asset management industry. The Digital Marketing Associate oversees the company’s digital properties and plans activities in line with broader business goals. Digital Presence & Brand Building Contribute to the firm’s digital strategy by suggesting improvements to channels, content formats, and client engagement initiatives. Ensure digital activities are aligned with brand positioning and overall corporate strategy. Own and maintain the editorial plan (themes, formats, cadence, channel mix) and translate it into an actionable calendar across channels. Market & Competitor monitoring across channels Explore new digital tools, channels, and formats that could enhance communication with investors. Work with investment teams to translate market insights into accessible digital content. Update and maintain the corporate website with news, fund updates, and thought leadership content. Draft and schedule social media posts, ensuring alignment with editorial calendar. Coordinate translations and adaptations of content for different markets. Set up, optimise and monitor digital campaigns (email, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Email marketing: own the entire process (from content, targeting, lists, analytics) Be the point of contact for Pardot and Salesforce queries, in close collaboration with the IT team Prepare, update and maintain a KPI tracker for all marketing activities (social media, events, media, website, etc) Review all marketing materials (presentations, reports, newsletters, social posts, website content) to check spelling, grammar, consistency, and compliance with brand tone of voice. Coordinate with compliance to ensure materials meet regulatory standards before publication. Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. ~3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (previous experience in the financial sector is appreciated). ~ Strong organizational and project management skills. ~ Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing. ~ Experience with the use of WordPress ~ Solid understanding of SEO (on-page, metadata) ~ Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). ~ Experience with email marketing and marketing automation systems (Marketing Cloud
