We are growing rapidly and executing an important development plan.The candidate will join the IT team and be supported by the manager.RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALIProvide assistance and maintenance to IT systems, hardware devices, and peripherals.Install, configure, and update hardware and software.Resolve issues related to equipment and workstations.Offer support to internal staff for various IT problems.Contribute to identifying and applying solutions to detected problems.Manage user profiles, permissions, credentials, and email boxes.Configure new PCs, laptops, smartphones, and other company devices.COMPETENZE AGGIUNTIVE RICHIESTEBasic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.Familiarity with LAN/Wi‑Fi, printers, and network devices.Ability to diagnose technical issues and apply troubleshooting procedures.Knowledge of main ticketing tools.Understanding of basic information security concepts.Good communication skills and user support orientation.Commitment to continuous learning and priority management.REQUISITIHigh school diploma in IT or related field.Preferable prior brief experience/traineeship in technical support.COSA OFFRIAMOInclusion in a structured, dynamic, and continuously growing company.Initial support and continuous training.Salary commensurate with experience.SEDE DI LAVOROMontebelluna - TVORARIOFull time – Monday to Friday.SENIORITY LEVELEntry levelEMPLOYMENT TYPEFull‑timeJOB FUNCTIONInformation TechnologyINDUSTRIESRetailIl presente annuncio è rivolto a candidati di entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03.#J-18808-Ljbffr
