Chi stiamo cercando Cerchiamo un full-stack engineer con sensibilità di prodotto che voglia avere un impatto tangibile in un contesto direct to consumer. Entrerai nel core team tecnico con un ruolo chiave: trasformare requisiti complessi in software semplice, scalabile e affidabile. Lavorerai su sistemi critici che gestiscono transazioni e dati sensibili, con cicli di rilascio rapidi e feedback immediato dal mercato. Cosa costruirai Core Platform: Svilupperai la piattaforma web full-stack e le API che gestiscono pricing dinamico e sottoscrizioni in tempo reale, garantendo performance e sicurezza. Integrazioni API: Progetterai e manterrai l'integrazione tra i nostri sistemi e quelli (spesso legacy) dei grandi partner distributivi (Telco, Utility), eliminando la complessità per l'utente finale. Automazione & AI: Implementerai soluzioni basate su LLM/AI per automatizzare la gestione dei sinistri e il supporto clienti, con l'obiettivo di ridurre drasticamente i tempi di gestione operativa. Internal Tools: Svilupperai dashboard e strumenti amministrativi per il team Operations, eliminando processi manuali e aumentando l'efficienza aziendale. Chi sei Full Stack Mindset: Ti senti a tuo agio sia nel definire un modello dati in Python/Node sia nel creare un'interfaccia reattiva in React. Non ti blocchi se devi toccare una tecnologia che non conosci. Pragmatico: Sai che il codice migliore è quello che risolve il problema dell'utente oggi, non quello accademico che sarà pronto tra sei mesi. Data-Driven: Ti piace vedere come gli utenti interagiscono con quello che hai costruito e iterare basandoti sui numeri. Ambizione: Vuoi crescere. Qui avrai l'opportunità di vedere come si costruisce una tech company da zero e, se lo vorrai, evolvere in un ruolo di Tech Lead e CTO. Lo Stack (indicativo, non vincolante) Non siamo religiosi sulle tecnologie, usiamo lo strumento giusto per il lavoro.
