When considering candidates, we look for scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and most importantly, share our passionate interest in fighting cancer.General DescriptionAs a member of the organization, the Medical Advisor Solid Tumors will support country strategies and establish compliant relationships with opinion leaders, research collaborators and key organizations in support of the BeOne Medicines oncology products & pipeline in Oncology.This position will require pre-launch and post-launch Medical Affairs support for oncology products & pipeline development, focusing on solid tumors. The incumbent will work closely with internal colleagues in medical affairs, clinical development, program leadership, clinical operations, legal, compliance, safety / pharmacovigilance, molecular diagnostics, translational research and other cross- functional business partners.The Medical Advisor will support BeOne Medicines pre-clinical and clinical pipeline development by coordinating external collaborations, research endeavors with healthcare providers and external stakeholders.He / She will play a key role in the establishment of BeOne Medicines as a valued collaborator and best-in-class biopharmaceutical company.This position reports to the Associate Director, Medical Affairs.Essential Functions of the Job :ResponsibilitiesProvide education to the medical community on BeOne Medicines products and disease areas of focus.Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a medical plan designed to meet shared objectives.Facilitate responses to unsolicited requests for medical information, often in direct collaboration with BeOne Medicines Medical Information Services personnel.Develop tactics for communicating complex scientific information to the healthcare community.Provide impactful feedback / insights to internal stakeholders on emerging clinical and scientific trends from external interactions to help shape company research, and to ensure the safe and appropriate use of BeOne Medicines products.Build specific excellence and integrity within the healthcare community. Develop contacts with key clinicians, university teaching hospitals, group purchase organizations and other medical / scientific groups.Develop speakers through one-on-one clinical training on approved clinical slide sets.Act as a clinical resource with professional and advocacy organizations with the objective of developing relationships and identifying potential business opportunities.Assist in the development and execution of clinically relevant regional medical meetings (e.g. advisory boards, consultancy and investigator meetings), as requestedIdentification and verification of investigators and sites for company-sponsored clinical trialsServe as the primary territory liaison for the submission and review of Investigator- Research proposals, facilitating the process from concept submission through publication and uncover scientific data that may have the potential for publication and / or abstract presentation.Attend local, national and international scientific conferences in oncology. Collaborate to elaborate data report from Congresses.ExperienceHighly motivated, 3-5 years experienced professional in the role as MSL / SA or similar within other biotech / pharmaceutical companies.Experience in oncology strongly preferred. Extended knowledge of oncology therapeutic area requested, preferably in Gastrointestinal and Lung disease.
