Channel Manager – Canale GDO Digital SolutionsPer primaria realtà attiva nel mondo delle etichette elettroniche ricerchiamo un Channel Manager.La figura, a diretto riporto del CEO, si occuperà dello sviluppo del canale legato alla grande distribuzione organizzata.Principali ResponsabilitàSviluppare ed eseguire piani strategici per far crescere il business con le catene di distribuzione organizzataCostruire e mantenere solide relazioni con i decisori chiave all'interno delle aziende clientiIdentificare nuove opportunità di business ed espandere il posizionamento dei prodottiNegoziare contratti, prezzi e condizioni per massimizzare la redditività garantendo al contempo la soddisfazione del cliente.Monitorare le tendenze di mercato, le attività dei concorrenti e le esigenze dei clienti per adattare di conseguenza le strategie.Condurre regolari business review con i clienti per valutare le performance e identificare opportunità di miglioramento.Rappresentare l'azienda in fiere, eventi di settore e meeting per promuovere la presenza del brand e sviluppare nuovi contattiProfiloEsperienza comprovata di almeno 5 / 10 anni in ruoli di Vendita e Sviluppo Commerciale all'interno di contesti "Smart Retail", con l’opportunità di creare solide relazioni con le strutture IT / Digital Procurement della GDOCapacità dimostrata di implementare e strutturare processi a supporto della crescita del business.Competenze di leadership e comunicazione, con un approccio pratico e orientato ai risultati.Forti capacità analitiche e di problem solving, con una visione strategica orientata alla crescita aziendale.Flessibilità e proattività nell’affrontare nuove sfide in contesti dinamici.Buona conoscenza della lingua ingleseSede : Milano#J-18808-Ljbffr
