We are seeking a Transformation Director to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives across a complex, growing organisation. This role will take ownership of the transformation agenda, working closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership team to drive operational improvement, scalability, and value creation.The Transformation Director will be responsible for translating strategy into execution, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes across finance, operations, technology, and governance.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver the end-to-end transformation roadmap aligned to business strategyLead cross-functional initiatives including operating model design, process optimisation, and performance improvementDrive large-scale change programmes such as ERP implementations, finance transformation, or post-acquisition integrationEstablish strong governance, cadence, and reporting across transformation workstreamsPartner with executive leadership to prioritise initiatives and manage trade-offsTrack benefits realisation and ensure accountability for outcomesAct as a senior escalation point for delivery risks and issuesBuild internal capability to sustain change beyond programme deliveryRequired ExperienceProven experience as a Transformation Director, Programme Director, or senior change leaderTrack record delivering complex, multi-workstream transformation programmesExperience operating in PE-backed, carve-out, or high-growth environmentsStrong understanding of finance, operations, and technology-enabled changeAbility to influence at board and executive levelPragmatic, delivery-focused approach with strong commercial judgement#J-18808-Ljbffr
