Our historic Hotel, with its Michelin-starred Italian restaurant and a locally inspired Spa where you can spend afternoons in pure indulgence, is just steps away from the cultural heart of Florence.About the role:The Stewarding supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness.What you will do:Ensure the organization and sanitation of all kitchens, storage areas, employee dining room, waste receptacle areas, compactor room, carts, tables, and Stewarding Department equipment and machinery through constant monitoring and adherence to a vigorous cleaning scheduleSupport the Stewarding supervisory team in organizing work assignments for the departmentAssist with inventory of china , glass, and silverEnsure proper use and provide regular care, security and maintenance of machinery and equipment use d in the Stewarding DepartmentProvide physical main tenance of oper ating equipmentW ork closely with the Executive Chef, F&B Manager , Banquet ing & Stewarding Manager and Food & Beverage Outlet Managers to coordinate adequate supply and storage of china , silver, glass and o ther equipment used in serviceParticipate in Stewarding functions in relation to banquets set-up and service.
