Description: Associate I - Reinsurance Actuaries Guy Carpenter Guy Carpenter is looking for a brilliant and talented candidate to join our Analytics Team as an Associate I - Reinsurance Actuaries based on Milan Office. What can you expect? You will take part into the following activities: Interpret and analyze client underwriting information to advise reinsurance programs based on risk tolerance level and industry trends; Design, price and evaluate reinsurance structures from an actuarial perspective; Check client data for reasonability, loads data into predictive models, runs the models and shares output with brokers in support of reinsurance transaction process; Perform calculations using specific models with client data to assess a range of risk exposures and predict outcomes for clients; Examine alternative forms of risk financing; Determine the actuarial appraisal value of an insurance company as part of a merger and acquisition transaction; Assist in responding to client queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly; Update Actuaries on issues, progress, etc., regularly and upon request; Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal & external clients.
