Candidates must demonstrate the ability to succeed in managing a large catalog selection efficiently, identifying problems/finding solutions, and building/improving processes. The ideal candidate is able to lead and influence both internal and external teams in an ambiguous environment while maintaining a customer-centric philosophy.Key responsibilitiesIdentifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planningMonitoring, analyzing and owning Vendor Key Performance Indicators such as Out of Stock rate, Total Inbound lead time, confirmation rates, including presenting insights, themes and trends to Senior Leadership teamStrategically analyzing production and delivery lead-times, while optimizing operational excellence inputs such as EDI adoption, PO confirmations, efficient receive processes, and inventory placementSpearheading initiatives to enhance cost structure and profitability, collaborating closely with partner teams to ensure successful executionBasic QualificationsKnowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques6+ years experience in retail supply chain, vendor management, strategy consulting, or related fields6+ years of proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex supply chain projects, preferably in a large-scale retail or e-commerce environmentBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldDemonstrated ability to set a strategy and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - prioritization, planning and task delegationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable supply chain strategies. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
