Your main goal Bring rigor, insight, and actionability to n8n’s marketing data, helping us understand what works, identify funnel gaps, and guide data‑driven decisions that scale our growth. Responsibilities Build robust marketing analytics foundations by designing, implementing, and maintaining end‑to‑end tracking and measurement for paid and organic campaigns. Ensure accurate tagging, integrations, and data flows across platforms like YouTube, social, and website analytics. Anticipate and solve data quality and measurement challenges. Turn data into insights that drive strategy by analyzing top‑of‑funnel performance across channels, uncovering gaps and opportunities, delivering actionable recommendations for budget allocation and campaign strategy, and supporting Monthly Business Reviews with data‑backed insights. Enable scalable reporting and dashboards by building and maintaining dashboards that make marketing performance easy to track, partnering with the Data and Website teams to ensure clean, consistent data pipelines, and standardizing metrics definitions and measurement frameworks across marketing functions. Requirements Marketing analytics expertise: 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or campaign measurement in a B2B SaaS context, ideally PLG or developer‑focused. Technical skills: fluent in SQL and comfortable working with tools like dbt and BigQuery to build scalable data models. Tracking and automation: experience with marketing automation, tag management, and reporting tools, and able to set up accurate, GDPR‑compliant tracking. Analytical mindset: proactive in identifying data issues, solving measurement challenges, and translating data into actionable insights. Nice‑to‑haves YouTube and brand campaign analytics experience measuring the impact of YouTube ads and social or brand initiatives. Data privacy experience with GDPR‑compliant measurement setups and privacy‑first tracking practices. Why join us At n8n, your insights will shape how we grow.
