The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found.About the role: Provides a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in.  Whatyou willdo: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Prepares the guest room for turndown service. Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the linen closet. Wipesdown any wet services in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left inroomandplacesit inappropriatespot. Removes Room Service trays and dishes and carts to service landings.Replaces used cups, saucers,spoonsand glasses from the Minibar with cleanchina,glassesand cutlery from the Room Attendant pantry. Removes garbage from bins in bedroom and bathroom. Closes drapes (based on applicablestandard),reduceslighting,turnmusic on softly andpreparesbed. Submits all maintenance issues in guestrooms, Public Areas and Back ofhouse areasto the Engineering department through designated work systems and brings them to the attention of theHousekeepingmanagement. Add special touches to the guestrooms to enhance the guest experience. Forexamplemicro fibercloth,book marks, travel bags  Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, pens and coffee,teaand sugar sachets.  Preparesunoccupied rooms for turndown forarriving guests.  Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed.  ComplieswithFourSeasons’Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct asset forth inEmPact.  Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.  NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assistswith responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Desk Attendant and House Attendant. What you bring: Previousexperience preferred but notrequired. Ability to read, write and speak English.
