They are known for delivering hospital expansions, medical office buildings, and technically complex renovations, often within live and occupied environments. Due to a consistent pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an Estimator to support their continued growth and long-term planning.In this role, you will take ownership of the estimating process for healthcare projects from early budgeting through bid submission and turnover. You will review drawings and specifications, prepare detailed estimates, manage subcontractor pricing, and work closely with project teams to ensure accuracy and alignment from day one.
