Your Role As E-Commerce RX Intern you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of eCommerce and online product launches. You will support the team in daily activities related to RX (prescription lenses) projects, collaborating with different departments and learning how to follow the main processes behind new product launches and the improvement of online user experience. Your role requires strong coordination skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to oversee both operational activities and strategic initiatives to optimize RX performance in e-commerce. Main Responsibilities: E-COMMERCE RX CONFIGURATOR PROJECTS Support the coordination of RX online projects (for example user experience tests and small website improvements). Help gather requirements from business teams and understand how project roadmaps are created. Assist in monitoring results after project implementation and prepare simple follow-up reports. E-COMMERCE RX LENSES & FRAMES LAUNCHES Assist in collecting and checking product information (prices, descriptions, product files) for new launches. Support the team in coordinating with different departments such as product, marketing, and labs. Help ensure the eCommerce catalog is updated correctly and that launches go live smoothly. E-COMMERCE RXC ANALYSIS AND MANAGEMENT Learn how to analyze basic KPIs related to the RX configurator. Support the team in A/B testing activities together with the CRO and other internal teams. Contribute to identifying small improvements to the user experience. Main Requirements  Educational Background: Master’s Degree in Management / Engineering or related ECOMMERCE KNOWLEDGE:  Curiosity about digital commerce and willingness to learn the principles of online navigation, user experience, and eCommerce principles. Interest in understanding how business cases are built and presented. TIME MANAGEMENT:  Ability to prioritize daily activities. Time-management skills. COMMUNICATION : Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner using PowerPoint and other presentation tools. TECHNICAL SKILLS Skilled in using data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Adobe) to assess KPI performance. Interest in understanding testing environments and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), even without prior experience. DELIVERY:  Management and diplomacy skills.
