You are invited to be part of it to express your bestClick to learn more: out installations and verify the functionality of new Kornit systems, including unpacking, configuring components and positioning according to factory standards and guidance documentation providedBe the customer point of contact for all maintenance and technical topics and casesDeliver training to print operators and maintenance staff focusing on machine operation, routine maintenance work and basic application knowledgePerform general maintenance, configuration and adjustment according to maintenance manuals as requiredCarry out scheduled maintenance and replace, clean or repair worn and defective parts and carry out fault-finding analysis, diagnosis and repairs as described in the corresponding manuals (on-site or remotely where appropriate)Return defective, used, and/or unused parts according to Kornit policiesApply upgrades and product modifications as implemented by the product lineDocument all activities using the approved systems and tools provided by Kornit for this purpose; currently Salesforce.com service modulesEscalate cases to the Technical Manager or Service Manager where required and provide service case information such as Installation Field Reports (IFRs), Completion of Installations sheets (COIs), images or videos explaining specific situations or statusesPromote Kornit’s service offerings amongst our customers; such as service contracts and maintenance programsPerform other related duties as requiredEEO statement: Kornit is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
