Per un prestigioso studio legale italiano, ricerchiamo un/una Associate con 1–2 anni di esperienza post-abilitazione (PQE) da inserire nel team specializzato in IP, responsabilità degli intermediari internet, contenzioso tecnologico e contrattualistica commerciale e digitale.La risorsa collaborerà con il Partner nella gestione di contenziosi complessi e attività di consulenza continuativa per clienti italiani e internazionali, operanti nei settori tech, media e comunicazioni.Responsabilità principaliSupporto nella gestione di procedimenti giudiziali in materia di IP, responsabilità degli intermediari, piattaforme digitali e servizi online.Redazione di atti processuali, pareri e note legali in ambito IP e ICT.Predisposizione, revisione e negoziazione di contratti commerciali e tecnologici (licensing, software, servizi cloud, IT outsourcing, ecc.).Attività di legal research su tematiche di diritto civile, commerciale, proprietà intellettuale e regolamentazione digitale.Interazione con clienti nazionali e internazionali, contribuendo alla definizione di strategie legali.Coordinamento con altri dipartimenti interni per attività multidisciplinari.Laurea in Giurisprudenza con ottimo curriculum accademico.Abilitazione forense.Esperienza in studi legali strutturati, preferibilmente nel contenzioso IP/ICT o nel diritto delle tecnologie.Interesse per diritto della proprietà intellettuale, responsabilità degli intermediari internet e regolamentazione delle piattaforme online.Ottime capacità di scrittura giuridica e attenzione al dettaglio.Inglese fluente, scritto e parlato (gradita esperienza in contesti internazionali).Proattività, affidabilità e attitudine al lavoro in team.Cosa offre lo StudioInserimento in un contesto di alto profilo con concrete prospettive di crescita professionale.Coinvolgimento in pratiche nazionali e cross-border ad elevato contenuto strategico.Formazione continua e mentorship da parte di professionisti senior.Opportunità di lavorare su tematiche all’avanguardia nel settore tecnologico e digitale.Se vuoi, posso creare:una versione più breve per LinkedIn o per portali di job posting,una versione più formale o più promozionale,un’intestazione con logo e formato grafico coerente con il brand dello Studio.Società di ricerca e selezione del personale accreditata presso Min.Lav.
