It is our role to produce original content and license studio programs worldwide in exclusive service of Amazon’s Prime Video customers.We are seeking a Music Coordinator to join the dynamic music team in Rome, supporting the studios original productions in Italy. The Music Coordinator will work closely with the Head of Music, EU, and the Music Executive, Italy. Being organized and having experience in TV / Film music production and music supervision, with a robust knowledge of the Film and TV music industry in Italy, will be beneficial to this role. The role requires an understanding of music synchronisation licensing; the management and tracking of music budgets, talent deals, composer deals, scoring process; and tracking of Italian productions. You will be expected to leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to partner effectively across divisions and with external partners.Key Job ResponsibilitiesTracking and reporting music budgetsTracking and reporting music licensingManaging music deliverablesCollecting cue sheets and ensuring third‑party publishing information is accurateCoordinating releases of singles, soundtracks and playlistsLearning and implementing policies and systems to manage music assetsAssisting in the coordination of other music operations as neededProviding administrative support to the IT and wider EU music team, as requiredFacilitating the collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Creative, Marketing and Amazon MusicQualificationsMultiple years of experience in the music industryA demonstrable interest and knowledge of music, original scores, and soundtracksAbility to multi‑task & prioritise, with strong follow‑up skillsAptitude to quickly learn new systems and softwareFluency in Italian and English (C2 level or equivalent)Strong verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsStudio, agency, label, publisher or music supervision experienceStrong organisational skills and a keen sense to detailWorking understanding of music synchronization rightsExperience in drafting music cue sheetsExperience with Soundmouse, DISCO, DSPs and CMO databasesWorking knowledge of AirtableExperience with scheduling and calendar managementAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, quickly changing environment where there is a level of ambiguityAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
