Greentalent, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Energy, Engineering e Environment, per azienda leader nella produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili, con un portafoglio di impianti di proprietà che include tecnologie eoliche, fotovoltaiche, idroelettriche e biogas, ricerca un/una: O&M Solar Coordinator Il/La candidato/a sarà responsabile delle attività di asset management degli impianti fotovoltaici assegnati. Il ruolo prevede lo svolgimento del lavoro in modalità full remote, con frequenti trasferte per sopralluoghi presso gli impianti in gestione. Responsabilità: Gestione tecnica e monitoraggio degli impianti fotovoltaici, inclusi audit periodici e controlli di sicurezza; Coordinamento dei contratti di O&M: scouting fornitori, RFQ e negoziazione; Supervisione delle attività di manutenzione, revamping e repowering degli impianti; Supporto alle ispezioni in loco (audit interni, esterni e da parte delle autorità competenti); Gestione HSE secondo il D.Lgs. 81/08 e presidio degli adempimenti normativi; Elaborazione di reportistica tecnica e gestionale, gestione assicurativa e supporto nella definizione di budget produttivi e operativi (OPEX). Laurea e/o diploma in discipline tecnico-scientifiche e forte interesse per attività di analisi e gestione tecnica, sia in campo che da remoto; Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte presso gli impianti assegnati per monitoraggio, ispezioni e supervisione lavori, oltre a eventuali spostamenti su Roma per incontri con il team di Asset Management; Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel, e buona conoscenza di Microsoft Project. Completano il profilo ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative, spiccata attitudine al lavoro in team e alla risoluzione di problemi e situazioni complesse. Sede di lavoro : Piacenza (PC).
