Role Description As HR Manager, you will lead the Human Resources function of the resort, ensuring a supportive, high-performing, and people-centered environment. You will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, while acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership. Your main responsibilities will include: • Managing the full recruitment cycle to attract top talent for all hotel departments • Overseeing onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure continuous growth • Supporting department heads with performance management, coaching, and HR best practices • Handling employee relations with professionalism, confidentiality, and care • Ensuring compliance with Italian labor laws and internal HR policies • Managing payroll coordination and HR administrative processes • Developing and implementing HR initiatives that foster engagement, retention, and well-being • Coordinating staff housing, benefits, schedules, and employee documentation • Leading disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution when needed • Maintaining accurate HR records, reports, and systems • Supporting organizational planning and workforce strategy • Acting as a cultural ambassador, ensuring a positive and inclusive working environment • Participating in management meetings and supporting cross-department collaboration What We're Looking For • Proven experience in HR management within luxury hospitality or a similar high-end environment • Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR best practices • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence • Ability to manage sensitive situations with fairness and professionalism • Strong organizational and administrative abilities • Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools • Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus) • Passion for people, service excellence, and creating a positive workplace culture What We Offer • A key leadership role in one of Europe's most prestigious luxury resorts • Opportunity to work in a stunning historical property immersed in art, culture, and heritage • Competitive compensation and benefits package • Professional development and training opportunities • Accommodation, meals, uniform, and other on-property benefits • A dynamic, supportive, and international team environment Apply Now Ready to advance your career in hospitality Human Resources?
