Learn more at FunctionSupply Chain EngineeringJob Sub FunctionJob CategoryScientific/TechnologyAll Job Posting LocationsJob DescriptionFor the Italian production plant of Janssen (Borgo San Michele, Latina) we are looking for two Associate PROJECT ENGINEER to be hired with a one-year Temporary Contract in the Engineering Department.Within the Engineering team, you will be responsible for the design and introduction of new pharma products within the site, as well as the implementation of new packaging configuration and new technologies in order to meet the continuous changes in market needs. Of course, your contribution will have a direct effect on our patients You will also have the opportunity to contribute to innovation projects, which are fundamental for the growth of the plant in terms of efficiency and right first time.Developing competitive solutions is a relevant part of our work, being involved in robotics systems design and other software solutions for the pharma sector with a high technological impact, in line with Industry 4.0.On one hand you will manage the collaboration with different departments structuring the design of new solutions with them and suppliers; on the other hand, technology evolves and is improved during daily work to increase the efficiency of processes step by step.
